Nuno qualified in 2016 at the university of Lisbon (Portugal). He then started his career doing equine and wildlife medicine in the south of Portugal & Southern Africa. Nuno then underwent an official Internship at Equitom, in Belgium, with the focus on sports medicine and surgery.

Nuno has an interest in all aspects of equine medicine, including equine sports medicine, which is his main area of interest. He is currently studying to complete the ISELP, an international certificate in locomotor disease.
Outside of work, Nuno loves travelling, hiking and sports. You may also see him walking around with his dog JACA.
