She joined the Liphook Equine Hospital as part of the ambulatory team in 2001 where she has continued to develop her interests in reproduction, internal medicine and sports horse medicine.

Sarah was awarded the RCVS Certificate in Internal Medicine in 2004 and is an RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Equine Internal Medicine. She became a partner at the Liphook Equine Hospital in 2011 and is now a Clinical Director. Sarah is an FEI Permitted Treating Veterinarian (PTV), ARVS (Racecourse) Accredited and an Official Veterinarian involved with importing and exporting of horses. Sarah has also recently trained in Equine Acupuncture and enjoys seeing the benefits of this treatment modality on some of the horses under her care.
