Our specialists at Liphook Equine Referral Hospital are happy to accept referrals from veterinary surgeons from all over the UK. For professional ethical reasons and, in the best interest of your horse, we are only able to make appointments to see horses for medical investigations or surgical procedures if they are referred by a veterinary surgeon. Horse owners should discuss referral with their own veterinary surgeon before an appointment.

If you are a veterinary surgeon and would like to arrange a referral please call the hospital office on 01428 727200 or submit the following form and one of our receptionists will call you back within 1 working day to discuss your requirements.

  • Please note that a full case history, including the details and results of any diagnostic procedures already undertaken and any treatment or current medication that the horse has received, is required from the veterinary surgeon before the horse is seen.
